Fall 2019 Learn To Skate USA Registration Open

Learn to Skate USA is endorsed by U.S. Figure Skating, USA Hockey and US Speedskating.  Our mission is to provide a fun and positive experience that will instill a lifelong love of skating.

Classes for Ages 3 and up.  Including Adult, Dance (for Free Skate 2 and up) & Learn to Play Hockey 

REGISTRATION DATES FOR FALL 2019   

Monday, September 23rd from 6:30-7:15 pm  or by MAIL with registration form on www.WRFSC.com 

LTS Registration closes on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 

WHERE: South Wood County Recreation Center, 2711 16th Street South, Wisconsin Rapids, WI  

CLASS DATES:  October 6, 13, 20, 27, November 3, 10, 17, 24 

All LTS classes will be held between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.  You will be notified by email one week prior to the start of the session with the exact time of your 30 minute class.  

Skate with Santa 4:00-6:00 on December 8th (included with class cost) 

 

COST:  All classes $60.00 for first skater; $55.00 for any additional skaters/classes 

EQUIPMENT:  Students will need to have skates (no double blades) with sturdy skate boots.  Rental skates are available through the rink for a fee of $24 due at first lesson ($3 per lesson for 8 lessons). Skate guards are recommended for safety. **Hockey equipment can be rented from the hockey association. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: For families who qualify and agree to the guidelines, financial assistance is available to defray the cost of lessons and skates. Guidelines and the application are posted on our website.
